I’m not getting any sound!

That’s actually a common problem. What happens is that the audio accidentally gets muted, but it is only muted for applications like games, while sound still works for features like the music playback, videos, etc.

1: Check that the mute button (at the top left-hand side of the iPhone or the switch on the right-hand side of iPad) is not set to mute. Look at the button – if you see red, that means your device is muted.
2: Press the volume buttons so that your sound is all the way up.
3: If none of these work, open your ‘Music’ application and use the volume slider to increase the volume.

If those fail to work, launch the app and then:
1: Double Press the Home Button to bring up the fast switching menu (at the bottom of the screen)
2: Next, open up the multitasking tray by double-clicking the home button. Swipe to the right, where you will see your music playback controls, then swipe to the right again.
3: There should be a speaker icon with volume controls; please make sure your volume is all the way up.

In Zoo Train, how do I clear the stickers and start over?

Just force-close the app, then the stickers will be cleared out.

If you are on an iPad or iPhone: double-click on the start/home button and you’ll see all the open apps on your device. In iOS7 or older, find the Zoo Train icon, then touch and hold on it until the icons shake. Click the little “x” to close Zoo Train and the next time you run it the stickers will be cleared. In iOS8, swipe up on the apps you see open to close them out.

The app installs fine on my iPad/iPhone, but it won’t open or crashes immediately after loading.

Please try closing some other apps to be sure there is enough memory to run the game.

To do this, double-click your “home” button (the round button at the base of the iPad) – you’ll see a bar at the bottom with all the apps you have open. Touch and hold any of the app icons, until you see them wiggle with a little red “minus” sign.

Touch the minus sign next to all the apps you want to close, then once that’s done, go back and try to open the app once more.

The app crashes on my Android device, usually right after the load screen.

If you are on an Android device and bought the app from Google Play, please follow these steps:
1. Go to “Settings > Apps”
2. Touch the Zoo Train app icon to bring up the settings.
3. Click “Uninstall” then re-install the app completely.

Will the Windows 8 version of Zoo Train run on a touch screen using Windows 7?

Sorry, it won’t – Zoo Train will only run on Windows 8 devices.

Even Monsters Get Sick crashes on my Android device when I try to do the initial download, or just closes after the title screen.

Sometimes a hiccup in a server or connection will cause this issue, but the steps below should allow you to try the download again and start playing the app. Please note that this is a one-time download, so once you have the files you’re good to go!

If you are on an Android device and bought the app from Google Play, please follow these steps:
1. Go to “Settings > Apps”
2. Touch the Monsters app icon to bring up the settings.
3. Click “Uninstall” then re-install the app completely.
